I need to add users to a workspace but I didn’t want to use the email system - as I didn’t configure it.
Is there any other way?

There isn’t an easy way to invite another user without sending an email. Did it result into an error when you tried to invite the user to your workspace? If so, was the user added to the invitation list? If the user is on the invitation list, then he can create an account with the same email and see and accept his invitation in the dashboard.
If that doesn’t work, you could also disable the email system by changing the Django settings. How to do that depends on how you’re currently self hosting. Alternatively, you could also create a feature request in GitLab (Issues · Bram Wiepjes / baserow · GitLab) for the option to disable sending an email when inviting someone.
