# Book a meeting room - can only select single employee

Book a meeting room - can only select single employee.  
It says select all employees who join the meeting.

Hi @360Creators, I think you’re referring to the [Meeting Room Booking](https://baserow.io/templates/meeting-room-booking) template.

You can change the settings of the `Participants` field from `Single` to `Multiple`:

Then your respondents will be able to select multiple participants for the meeting. Hope it helps! 🙂
