BUG: if there is only one "view" to a table when deleted there is no way of creating a new "view"

If there is a only one view available for a database table, when deleted there is no UI to create a new view. The top-menu/header disappears, the only reference left to existence of a table is at the sidebar which has no option to create a new view as well.
