Here’s how to change your payment method: Change a paid subscription. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to ask here.

Sorry, the interface on my self-hosted version differs. There is no “change subscription” link on a license page.

Hey @oleksandr.manakov, to change your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://baserow.io/subscriptions. Even though you self-host, you’ll need to visit the Baserow.io SaaS hosted version to change your subscription.
  2. Click on “More details” for your subscription
  3. Look for “Payment information” in the top right
  4. Click the “Change payment method” link
