I’m getting the following error when trying to load my site, which is on a Baserow subdomain:

Your connection is not private

NET::ERR\_CERTIFICATE\_TRANSPARENCY\_REQUIRED

Happy to provide more detail, if needed.

Hi @thomt, welcome to the community! Could you share the domain with me (privately in DMs is fine too) so I can do some checks on our end?

The error [NET::ERR\_CERTIFICATE\_TRANSPARENCY\_REQUIRED](https://cheapsslweb.com/blog/err-certificate-transparency-error-in-chrome/) indicates that the SSL/TLS certificate for the website has not been properly documented in a publicly accessible certificate transparency log, which is a system that ensures the validity and integrity of SSL/TLS certificates. Users may find this annoying, and the website owner may suffer a loss of revenue as a result. When Chrome is unable to validate an SSL certificate on a website owing to a lack of transparency in the certificate’s issuing, this error appears. There are many different ways to fix the error which you need to understand properly in detail.
