Update: I have started using Gitlab for a project and it’s been refreshing just to get away from the serious noise on Github. Perhaps it’s because I only have this one project on Gitlab and Gitlab is capable of being an equally noisy place but right now I am kinda like, “Maybe the Baserow team is on to something with using Gitlab!”
By noise I just mean that I am often distracted and overwhelmed by the feed in Github and the feeling that “Ah, it would be fun to explore the projects inside this Github tag” and then this sidetracks me.
That said, the parts of my argument around how Github may help Basrerow grow more in number of users and contributions from being on Github still stand.
