Hey!
i am having issues with a Webhook that has been running smoothly ever since i created it. Without having changed anyrhing the Webhook is now no longer sending data. When trying to edit the Webhook i am getting an unknow error message:
All other Webhooks are running smoothly. Any help would be much appreciated
Hi @Sarah, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your Webhook. I’ve looked into it, and for some reason the data of a call log entry was corrupted. I’ve removed that corrupted log entry, and the webhooks should look again. Because the last request failed, it has deactivated the webhook, so you would need to activate it again. You can do this by opening the webhook, and click on the activate button.
