I am a Corporate Trainer for a Mechanical Engineering Consulting firm, My background is CTO and Executive Leadership. As a side projects I am building a resource management tool for our firm to help our Operation Team manage our resources. The goal is to have a weekly snapshot of the projects our production team is working on, the deadlines we are up against, and a weekly “Workplan” for each member of our production team .
