What do you need help with?

I am a new user, I have been working on catalogging my home library and have received a warning 80% of automation quota used.
When I look at the website it says there are unlimited automations in beta for all subscription levels including free. When I click the Add new automations has beta next to it.
I appreciate that I have been less than efficient with my practicing and the initial input of many…many books, I have now rationalised my automations from 3 per book added down to one more complex automation per book. Is there anything that can be done to reset my monthly allowance, or get next months early to complete my initial data entry?

Sorry for the late response. We needed some time to figure out the best solution.

You’re right: we released the automation limits a bit ahead of the pricing update. Sorry for the confusion. The pricing page is updated now.

To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve provided you with a free Advanced license for one month. It includes 10,000 automation credits, which should give you plenty of room to test the feature.

Unfortunately although I can see I have had a 30 day trial Advanced Trial applied to my account, the 2000 automation limit has still stopped the automations as I have reached the limit.
