Add link to Developer docs and Knowldge base to https://community.baserow.io/

I noticed while researching things here on the community form that there are no links to the developer docs (Table of contents // Baserow), the Knowledge Base (Table of Contents // Baserow) or the OpenAPI docs (https://api.baserow.io/) post login.

Low hanging fruit as far as a change goes and would be convenient. =] (Please and thank you)

Hello @baserow.rvor6! Yeah, that’s something we are currently working on. We will release a community page and redesign a bit the forum page soon so that all important information is easily accessible :raised_hands:
