Are you using our SaaS platform (Baserow.io) or self-hosting Baserow?
SaaS
What do you need help with?
Hello!
I’m currently testing Baserow to see if I’ll purchase it. I have a problem and a question:
1/ Issue displaying “Date” fields.
I entered 03/26/2026, but it doesn’t display the full date: 03/26/20… (see attached video)
2/ For my tests, I’m using the free SaaS version. I’d like to have the app on both my Macs and my iPhone to test synchronization. But I can’t find where to download the app.
Can anyone help me with these two issues?

Hey @DomPython, welcome to the Baserow community

What OS and browser are you using? I assume it’s macOS, but which version and browser?

We don’t have a Baserow app yet, and unfortunately it’s not very optimized for mobile phones right now. We do have some mobile improvements planned for this year, but an app isn’t coming in the near future.
Thanks, @olgatrykush !
I’m using a 24-inch 2021 M1 iMac. But I also have an M2 MacBook Air and an iPhone. And it’s important to me to be able to use this solution on all three devices. So I think, for those reasons, Baserow isn’t going to work for me. Too bad, because it looks really good!
Regarding the date display issue: I’m using Firefox. I just tried it on Brave, and it works! I should have tried that before posting my message, since I know that some websites or SaaS platforms aren’t configured for Firefox. That’s really unfortunate!
As I mentioned earlier, I’m going to leave Baserow and look for another solution, such as AnyType, which I really like, even though it’s very different.
Thanks for your help, and best of luck to you and Baserow!
