:page_facing_up: Turn Baserow rows into PDFs

Shoutout to @Nebyl for building BaserowPDF!

This free, community-built tool turns Baserow rows into customizable PDF documents while preserving select colors, linked records, images, and more.

A great example of how the community extends Baserow to solve real-world needs.

:artist_palette: A Color field built by the community

Open source gives you room to build beyond what’s available out of the box. :puzzle_piece:

@jonatan.jacobsson built a plugin with color picking, hex values, sorting, filtering, and API support.

That’s the power of an open-source platform: when you need to extend Baserow, you can build the functionality you need.

:france: Learn Baserow in French

A big shoutout to @Fares for updating his Baserow course on Udemy!

The updated course covers Baserow AI, Automations, n8n integrations, and Airtable-to-Baserow migration, along with refreshed lessons and clearer audio.

It’s fully in French and includes quizzes, a certificate, and no coding experience required.

:eyes: Sneak peek: MCP server updates

:key: A new authentication flow
:office_building: Workspace selection during authentication

With the new setup, AI tools will be able to list databases, read rows, and create records, depending on the permissions you grant.

More soon! :eyes:

From project trackers and CRMs to inventory management, marketing portals, approval workflows, dashboards, and ERP-style systems, there are plenty of internal tools you can build with Baserow. :hammer_and_wrench:

In our new video, we walk through 7 examples and show how Kuma can help you build interfaces for each use case — from managing tasks and customer relationships to tracking stock, campaign performance, and business data.

Thanks so much @olgatrykush for the feature, this made my week! :raising_hands:

For anyone landing here from the digest: BaserowPDFis free to use, and the field-mapping (pills, linked-record sub-tables, embedded attachments) is the part I spent the most time getting right, so a generic flattened export doesn’t do your data justice.

A few use-case pages (invoices, delivery notes, linked-record exports) are coming over the next few weeks, and I’d genuinely love feedback or requests from this community in the meantime, right here or through the app :folded_hands:
