Can't click on any databases in sidebar or anything in dashboard

We are on the hosted version of Baserow. Out of nowhere, we can’t click on anything in the side navigation after logging in and can’t access any of our databases. logged out and logged back in and nothing helps. The sidebar doesn’t work anymore and we can’t access anything. Actually nothing in the admin panel works at all. It shows, but no links are clickable.

We can’t even log in anymore.

Tried to reset password as additional option and get no email. Nothing works on the dashboard out of nowhere. How is this not reported in the Status? The dashboard is no longer functional.

Maybe try restarting the thing wait for few minutes and then try.

Well it works in incognito mode now. not sure what the issue is.

No. It doesn’t. We need to use incognito mode. I guess we’ll restart our computer at some point and it might work. I think this has to do with IP’s and I think Baserow is hosted outside the US, so the IP is flagged by our security software. I’m not really sure. BTW, you should implement SSO with Discourse Community (the software the runs Baserow community), so you don’t have to log into Baserow and then have a separate login to Discourse Community. Your programmers can do this in a few minutes. It’s very annoying to have to log into the community separately. Thanks.

Hi @ddsgad, yes, the Baserow server is located in Europe. If you’re still experiencing issues after restarting your computer, please let me know and I’ll ask our dev team help you out.

I’ll check with the team if we can simplify the login to the community for the Baserow users, thanks for bringing this up. :slightly_smiling_face:
