Can't get to baserow hosted portal

I think this what you mean … went to my ipad and tried the site bakersfield.baserow.site/login and it works (chrome). Also works on a different browser on the same computer it isn’t working on - works in Safari, not in Chrome. Yea, seems to be a cookie thing … btw, I am a system administrator.

So that time if you clear you cookie it should just fix it.

I also tried in ‘incognito mode’ on Chrome and it works in that mode, but not in the ‘public mode’

It’s the cookie thing for sure. that one will be fixed in the next release by the way

I clear the cookies, the new application works, but the old one still doesn’t. When will the next release be out?

I can get to the ‘old site’ via incognito mode. It appears to work in that mode. I guess for now, I will just use this mode to test the application. Not sure why it’s worked for so long and now it is problematic. Anyway, thans so, so much for your help. You guys have excellent customer support!! I will continue to develop and test … thansk again

For the old one, have you tried to delete the domain and recreate it then publish your application again? Or just to publish it with another domain name temporarly?

May be it’s an issue with the ssl certificate generation but I don’t understand why I can access to it and not you. I don’t remember, you tried to clear the cookie for that site as well right? Are you in an internal network? If so could you try from outside your network?

login remains broke in Chrome/Safari/IE across different LAN’s on different computers. If I clear the cookies, it doesn’t help. If I switch to incognito mode in Chrome, it works. Duplicated the site on a new domain and it worked for a while, then same symptoms. It is a very odd issue … I will work in incognito mode for now. If no one else is reporting this, it has to be on my end … somewhere. Again, thanks for all the help!

Just an update … it is definitely the cookies. I have now confirmed that when the site ‘breaks,’ if I clear the cookies, it will work again. What is unclear is how ‘often’ I will need to do this. I am looking forward to your next release that hopefully fixes this issue. Again, thanks for all the great support!

It should happen only if you republish the website. Is it the case? or does it happen randomly?

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same problem. As soon as I delete the cookies, it works without problems. It is the same when I use the private mode of the browser. I tested it on my MacBook, iPhone and iPad with Safari Chrome and Firefox. The same result for everyone. Is there an update here how to fix this problem?

With me it happens exactly as described by you always after the new publication of the page.

Are you working with the Saas version or are you self-hosting?
