The “receive notification on submit” button was confusing to me, because I thought it was part of the setting that is below it.
It would be great if it was clarified that toggling that button on sends an email notification when someone fills the form out.

Hey @dylanblaze, I’ve discussed your feedback with the team. We’re using a general phrase here because: first, you’ll receive a notification when you toggle this setting; second, you’ll get an email based on the specific setting you choose:
So, if you select ‘Never’, you’ll receive a notification in Baserow for new submissions, but you won’t get an email.
This is why we’ve opted for this particular phrasing. However, we understand it might be unclear for new users. We’re considering adding a tooltip to explain it when forms are used for the first time.
