I’m sorry to hear that you’re having connectivity problems with the hosted version of Baserow. We’re trying to investigate the problem, but I don’t see anything wrong with our servers. Everything is up and running. Behind the status page is an automated system that checks every 5 minutes if our servers can be reached from multiple locations. We also have other alerting systems, and they tell us that the system is working as expected.
I have a couple of questions:
From which location are you trying to connect?
Does the network error persist if you retry the action, or does it only fail once?
Does it happen for one specific action, or for others are well?
Are you making API requests in the background, or just using the tool via the web-frontend?
