A shared view is always read-only.
If you want to allow the user to make changes to the data, you will need to build an application around it or add them as members to your baserow workspace.
Baserow is working on an app builder for the moment, but meanwhile I can recommend Appsmith. It is an open source platform and you can easily add a table component simulating a public view, but with edit access.
