Error when generating AI field values

What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

Hi,

I am hitting the following error when trying to generate AI field values:

AI value generation failed
Please check your API_KEY and verify the selected model.

I have configured my OpenAI API key and entered gpt-4o-mini in workspace settings (I have also tried using different models).

The AI field configuration allows me to select OpenAI and the model correctly. The field saves, and the “Generate” button is available. When clicking generate, the above error is generated.

How can I go about identifying where the issue is?

Hi @simon.scullion, can you double check that your api key is active and has funds available to it to be used?

Thanks, we had indeed run out of credit via some dev work elsewhere.
