What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

For several hours, I have been attempting to export my workspace that contains one database with four tables, totaling 629 rows and no attachments. I’ve tried exporting the workspace, just the structure, and individual table data – and no matter what I choose, the SaaS export service never initiates. The export process hangs and remains at 0%.

Is the SaaS export service down or otherwise non-functional for some reason?
