Feature request for integrated API request creation

I’m sharing this idea I found on another platform that I thought was very interesting because it unifies the request and configuration of all parameters. It produces a clean, organized, complete, accessible, and fast API request.

Additionally, it’s possible to view the result of the request as raw JSON or in a grid view.

Hey @khalil.io — we have a question about this request: where exactly do you see this implemented? For example, as a new interface to quickly simulate API requests?

I asked a team to help me develop my idea, and they created this prototype.

It’s based on the “Edit data source” section of the Application Builder from the current API‑Docs, and it tries to keep the visual style (with a few small improvements). I hope it’s useful.

Yes, we like the idea and we’re planning to implement something like an API constructor, and we’re thinking of placing it somewhere in the API docs.
