I am trying to add a table filter and it appears it has a bug. I can only choose “And”/“or” for the first additional filter, after that it is stuck with that choice. On the database filter I can do filter groups and choose and/or for every filter I add but not for the data source on the application side.

The application builder uses the “old” filtering that the database used to have, with a single filter group. We hope that in a future release it’ll be migrated to the newer system. My apologies for the inconvenience!
