Forms are publicly indexable by search engines? How to turn it off?

Are you using our SaaS platform (Baserow.io) or self-hosting Baserow?

What do you need help with?

I just found a baserow form through search results in Google. This one being hosted by baserow.io, not sure if the same happens with selfhosted.

When I create a form, I usually think it’s only for people who get the link, not people that search the internet. How do I make sure my form urls are not publicly indexable?

Please attach screenshots or videos if they help illustrate your question.

Hey @360Creators, there is an issue on the backlog to control the robots value of the publicly shared page (Add a toggle to the "Share view" popup to enable/disable robots from indexing the page. (#1390) · Issues · Baserow / baserow · GitLab).

By default, the URLs of the publicly shared views are random. They’re also not listed anywhere on this internet, so search engines can’t guess the URL to it. In this specific case, the creator of that form has published a dofollow link to it publicly on the internet. That’s the reason why it was indexed.

Ahh perfect, thanks for clarifying!
