When I’m working and updating text, the record disappears. It only reappears after I refresh the page. This is a really bad user experience!

I was asking about filters, as this might be the reason the text disappears—it doesn’t match the set filters and becomes hidden. Could this be the case?
@olgatrykush is spot on. In your video you can see a yellow border around the row you are working in. If you look to the left of that (which is out of screen in your recording), you will note that it shows this message:
The record is removed (not visible) after you finish as the filter is being applied at that point.
