How can I change billing details?

What do you need help with?

How can I update billing details (name, address, vat)? I can change the payment method, but that doesn’t allow me to update billing details.

Hey @techtical, it’s handled by our partner provider but you should be able to change it by clicking the button to view your receipt and then updating the information from that page. Let me know if that worked for you. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks, found it. Changing a VAT number still isn’t possible however. I need to transfer payment to a party without a VAT number. How can I achieve this?
