I paid for self-hosted premium last year but never really used it because it was so much more complicted than the hosted version.
Apparently, I didn’t cancel auto-renew. To my chagrin, it auto-renewed last week and billed my credit card.
I won’t use this subscription and am really hoping to transfer it instead to an annual hosted premium subscription. I’ll happily pay the difference.
Sales did not respond to my question about how to go about making this change. I hope support can.
