I’m trying to translate the selfhosted docker, but the topic that i found didn’t helped me.
Can someone please help me how to translate? I’m using the docker-compose.yml in portainer.

what are you trying to do? Add a new language to Baserow?
If you want to contribute translations you can do so on Baserow @ Hosted Weblate

i would like to use the pt-br language, i noted that the files are in the folders, but i don’t know how to change the languague. I’m using the self deployed in docker “all in one”

You can change the language by going in to “My Settings” on your account. You can get there by clicking the workspace name on the top left and choosing My Settings at the bottom of that menu.
From there, the second option on that screen allows you to change the language
Having said that - pt-br is not a language we currently have support for as only 14% has been translated
