I can no longer find database entries

We have created a database of sports clubs. When I click on the database, nothing happens. When I click on Evaluation at the bottom, I see the clubs that have already been entered.
How can I access my complete database again?

Please excuse my late reply. I have to ask my colleague about some of the issues.

  • When was the last time you used the table and the missing data? Unfortunately, I can no longer say the exact date. It must have been before 25 July.
  • Do you remember when the table was created? Unfortunately not. It was created in the Rosenberg Orthopaedics department.
  • Were there any recent changes or updates made to the database before you noticed the data was missing? Which ones? No, no further adjustments have been made
  • Is anyone else in your team working on the same database, and if so, do you know if they performed any operations that might have affected the table or data?

Yes, we have two areas of work. One is Informatik’s work area and the other is Orthopädie Rosenberg. The database was created by Matthias Jacobi (Orthopädie Rosenberg). He then created an evaluation link and we haven’t done anything since then. We realised in the last few days that we no longer see the complete database but only the evaluation.

Could it be that a filter or something similar is active?

  • how did you create the existing rows? Via the table UI, a public form or using the DRG-APP application? via the table interface
