Import error: "Network error Could not connect to the API server"

What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. In workspace 1, click “export data”
  2. Export and save .zip file
  3. In workspace 2, click “import data”
  4. Drag and drop .zip file from workspace 1 into “click or drop your files here” tab
  5. wait for upload

Hi @lily, welcome to the community! Sorry to ehar about the issue you are facing.

How big is the workspace that you are importing? It could be that it is timing out.

Hi. Thank you so much. I actually figured this out! It was too big. I removed some large PDFs from the exported workspace, re-exported, and the import worked.
