Important update: New Form Template for support questions 🤖

We’ve noticed a significant increase in daily questions in our community forum, so we’ve been working on ways to make our support more efficient.

When users submit questions about issues, we often lack the information needed to reproduce them. This leads to multiple follow-up questions and longer support times. To streamline this process, we’ve added form templates. Now, when you create a new question in the Baserow Help or Technical Help categories, you’ll complete a brief form that captures essential information upfront, giving us the basics to begin investigating your issue.

While we’ve kept the form concise, remember: the more details you provide, the faster we can help you. Since each issue is unique, we may still need to ask follow-up questions about your specific case, but the information collected through the form gives us a solid starting point.
