Importing Data Failed

Are you using our SaaS platform (Baserow.io) or self-hosting Baserow?

Self-hosted

What do you need help with?

I am trying to import a Zip file exported from Saas into a self hosted instance. I get an untrusted signature error. Looking this up I have found this post: /community.baserow.io/t/export-workspace-failed/6564/5

So I have two questions.
First, I do not seem to have an admin section where I can disable “Verify Import Signature”. Where can I find this? (screenshot attached)
Second, where can I find the CLI commands to add the public keys?

Thanks.

Please attach screenshots or videos if they help illustrate your question.

The admin settings can be found by clicking on the workspace selection menu

I do not have that as an option. Does it require a specific subscription level?

We are still determining which level we need to use.

Thanks.

Are you the admin of the local instance? (Did you install it yourself and set up the first user for the isntance?)

I was working with a colleague to do the setup. Once it was running, they were the first to create a user and start setting up an instance. They did not finish though, stopping in the middle of the prompts to setup an initial database.

I then followed the same steps, created my user, and setup a new instance. Could my colleague have ended up with a higher level admin because they started first?

Yes the first user to create an account in a new instance will be the admin user for that instance

Thank you! That is what I needed to solve the issue.

Since they did not ever finish signing in we never saw the admin settings available to them.

I removed and recreated the baserow instance with docker, then created my login as admin and I now have access to admin settings.

I was then able to disable “verify import signature” and successfully import my data that was created on the website into my self hosted instance.
