Incorrect Row Usage Over Limit

Are you using our SaaS platform (Baserow.io) or self-hosting Baserow?

What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

We are getting a row limit usage exceeded warning. We are on a Premium plan with a 50,000 row limit.
The warning is saying we are using 101,251 rows, however the database/table is only using 34,910 rows.
Any help would be appreciated.
