Invitee E-Mail not sent

I would like to add a new member to our premium plan but the email is not sent. We checked the spam folder, double-checked the adress several times and canceled an reinvited - nothing helped. Is there workaround to add a member to a workspace without the invitee link? Any help would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

Hey @Sarah, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble adding new members. Are you using the hosted or self-hosted version?

I am not sure why your invite email hasn’t arrived but you don’t need the email to add someone to a workspace. The new member should be able to create his own account and see the invitation on the dashboard.
