Is it actually possible to build this very popular labor planing tool in Baserow, which would allow then to use different type of views like Kanban, Calendar, Grid?
Many companies rely on such visual and straight forward planning Excel spreadsheets, but I think that having an application behind it with permissions and various field types, various views could be of a great benefit.

Yes, we have a Task Management template that you can use as a starting point. The Tasks table has a timeline view that offers a nice overview of all the tasks in a project and an color to indicate their status.

This looks promising! Do you think there is an option to create somehow a frozen first column which contains the names of the employees, while the Timeline is scrolling horizontally containing the list of projects?
Not at the moment. The only options are currently filtering and sorting a timeline. But it might be possible in the future to also use a group by on a timeline.
Yeah, that would be the game changer
