If you attempted to upgrade to version 1.8.0 of Baserow where your Baserow install was using Postgres 10 (as is probably the case if you are using Ubuntu 18.04) you will have seen a migration fail to apply. Please re-upgrade to get Baserow 1.8.1 which fixes this issue for Postgres 10 users. Apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
