Hello, this is Peter’s son. Yes, it was easy to set up, I used Object Storage to host the assets. I did notice that at the first startup, the application uploads about 2000 objects to the Object Storage instance. Any idea what this could be, my guess is that these are the assets for the templates?

Those are probably the assets of the templates. They are installed by default when you first run Baserow. If you set the SYNC_TEMPLATES_ON_STARTUP environment variable to false, it will not install the templates on first run.
