In AirTable, I can take a column of Provinces/States (for example), change it to single select, and have all the current fields become single select options.
Baserow only seems to convert a few of them. But I can’t see in the documentation how many it will do or if there’s a better way to convert them.

Hello @TheLorax, first of all, welcome to the Baserow community 
Currently, we have a limit of 10 unique options for auto-conversion. However, in the next release, we’re increasing this limit to 100 auto-detected multi-select options. Additionally, this limit will be configurable via technical settings, allowing self-hosters to set it to any limit they need.
That will be very exciting when that release comes out. Thank you!
