Hello everyone,
The feature idea is to make a lock on the view configurations so that no one can edit filter, sort, or any view setting by mistake
and to unlock you have to click on something… just like in Airtable
Thank you

Hey @mahmouds12! That’s a great suggestion, we will discuss this request on the nearest team call, and I’ll update you afterwards
Hey again @mahmouds12, regarding this feature: in Baserow 1.13 we plan to release Role-based access control (RBAC), and we will consider the idea of adding the functionality to lock views as part of this feature. Thanks again for the great suggestion
@olgatrykush
The View-level permissions has been marked with “soon” on the pricing page for while - any news on when this could be expected?
Hey @dev-rd, view-level permissions won’t be included in the upcoming 2.1 release (scheduled for this week). We’re aiming to include them in the 2.2 release, approximately in 1–2 months. If anything changes, I’ll let you know ![]()
