Method to copy/move pages to other Applications

Hi all,

In the Application Builder: [Self-hosted, Baserow 2.4.1]

I’m not finding any method in the documentation, nor did I find a post here, describing if there is a method for being able to move/duplicate a Page(s) from one application within a Workspace, to another application within the same Workspace.

This is relevant because I built a series of pages in Application A intended for internal use.

Later, I imported the template for a Login/Password Reset Application from the Baserow library to Application B, and added some user pages.

Now leadership want the pages in App A to be able to be accessed by anyone who is authorized to use App B.

1: Is there a way to copy the desired pages from App A to App B within Baserow?

2: Because they are published to different domains (being different Apps), they require logging in again. Even though the credentials are the same to both Apps, this is cumbersome. If there is a workaround here, that could be acceptable.

3: I tried asking Kuma to copy from TestA to TestB on a Baserow.io instance; it successfully created the Page with the same name, copied field names properly, but made up text and failed to appropriately carry over Field values.

Guidance/feedback are appreciated.

Thanks

Hello @AggregationDist, the best option is to recreate the page, as you’ve been doing. I’m afraid there’s no simple way to do this at the moment, but I’ve shared your request with the team.

Hi @olgatrykush thanks much for the feedback.

And thank you for forwarding the request; I understand my method was sub-optimal. But I feel like I’d leverage that ability heavily, if it’s feasible to implement.

To the whole baserow team: thank you guys. I’m appreciating working with your platform to streamline how I manage my business, and support the non-profit trade organization I’m a part of.
