Most Affordable Way to Self-Host for Single User

I’m a single-user who wants to self-host Baserow, but almost options I see documented cost 4x the current $5/month single user plan.

Is there a way to self-host in the cloud for less than this?

Hi @biobaser, that’s a good question, and actually a tricky one. If you want Baserow to with concurrent API requests, multiple users, etc, it does require some resources to run. Some ideas that come to mind:

I hope that helps.

Hi Bram, I appreciate that there is a template to install Baserow on Railway. I can use the template to set it up and get it running with no problems. However, it installs Baserow:2.0.0.

I am currently using Baserow SAAS, which is the most current version 2.3.1. So when I export my existing SAAS workspace so that I can import it into my self-hosted railway site, it fails. I assume this is because some of the newer features are not available. So, I allow railway to update to the newest version 2.3.1. As soon as I deploy the update, the site never comes back up.

Can anyone tell me how to sucessfully deploy Baserow:2.3.1 to railway?
