OpenAI EU API endpoint

Given the recent development of the OpenAI vs NYT court case (OpenAI ordered to keep user data) do you plan to enable selection of the EU api endpoint for OpenAI models?
I know this may be a niche use case for larger enterprises, but I need some more perspective on the potential implications and solutions in case EU decides to take more drastic measures regarding the US court order.

Can we get a custom host field? Tons of OpenAi compatible api endpoints out there. It would be nice to be able to use any for this case.
