Our (new) Helpdesk system Created using Baserow

For the last few weeks I have been working on a replacement helpdesk system for the products we sell and support. Very happy with the first look achieved. By no means is the finished product, with some tweaks still to do. However, we have made substantial cost savings by switching to our own database using Baserow.

We have about 450 help articles, which we exported from our previous off-the-shelf provider as markdown and were able to use straight away as a master Baserow table. Lots of segmented Table views later, having created a new look and feel in the Baserow Application builder, we are online. :grinning:

The next phase is a Customer portal where they can log in and see their Ticket status.
