What are the 5 must-have automation workflows you think every business should have set up?

Every business is different and uses different apps.

You can now even leverage AI (e.g. ChatGPT) to ask for suggestions about what workflows can be automated between a list of apps.
(e.g. what workflows can I automate between these apps: App A, App B, App C)

General automation ideas:

  1. Payments ($$$)
  2. Sign-ups (leads / customers / clients)
  3. Alerts (monitor apps for incidents)
  4. Meetings (created / rescheduled / canceled)
  5. Social Media (mentions / hashtags / followers)
