What are the use cases where you don’t advise using Zapier?

For the Baserow Zap app, the triggers are scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes for the Zap to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

So if you are trying to do instant automations, then Zapier may not be advisable for that use case.

Also, apps generally don’t expose all their API endpoints or webhook events as part of a Zap app integration, so depending on your use case, the desired trigger/action may not be available.
