Subscription, database tokens and MCP endpoints all belong to exactly one workspace — the token and endpoint forms even make you pick one — yet all three are configured from My settings, at account level. With several workspaces this is genuinely confusing.
1. Move them into workspace settings. Plan, API tokens and MCP endpoints under Workspace → Settings; personal settings can keep an “everything I own, across workspaces” view. It would also fix a dead end: the Hide Baserow logo on shared view toggle checks the licence of the form’s workspace, so when Premium sits on another one you get a padlock and no explanation. MCP matters most here — the endpoint URL is a credential to that workspace’s data, and today an admin can’t see which endpoints are live on their own workspace.
2. Make workspace settings reachable from the workspace switcher (top left), not only from the workspace home page. Today that dropdown only switches and creates workspaces.
3. Give a workspace an identity. It has a name and nothing else — the switcher even draws an avatar from the initials. Let me upload a logo and write a description, then reuse both in form headers, shared views and published apps, overridable per form. Right now a branded form means re-uploading the same logo into every single form.
Thanks!
