What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?
- Choose a row with an existing Link to Table field
- In that row’s detail view, click “+ Choose a Link” below that field
- In the row selector pop-up, click “+” to create a new row
- Fill out the row creation pop-up and click “Create”
- Close the row selector pop-up
- See that the newly created row has not been linked to the current row
- Click “+ Choose a Link” again
- Back in the row selector pop-up, search for the newly-created row
- That row will be unchecked
- Check the checkbox to link it to the current row
