I would like to lock lines or rows so that other members of my team cannot move or change values inside. Does this feature exists ?

It does not. This use case might be covered in the future by row level permissioning but as of now that should not be possible.
You could change the table level permissions of the users that shouldn’t edit the rows, but that would prevent them from changing any row in the table, not just the specific rows.
