RTL support in database cells

I only recently started using Baserow, and while I’m a complete novice in the world of databases, I’m already incredibly happy with it. Combined with the n8n integration, I’m able to get so much done, and the experience is exceptionally smooth. It is truly incredible.

One issue I am facing, however, is the lack of support for right-to-left (RTL) text inside database cells. For those unfamiliar, languages like Arabic, Persian, and Hebrew are written from right to left rather than left to right. Implementing proper support for this is a bit more complicated than simply aligning the text to the right with CSS, but it can absolutely be done and shouldn’t be too demanding to implement (code libraries are available.)

Currently, editing RTL text in Baserow is such a hassle that I copy the data I need, edit it outside of the app (I personally use Obsidian), and then paste it back into the cell when I am finished. It’s as annoying as it sounds: not a dealbreaker for such an amazing piece of software, but a major quality-of-life feature I would love to see resolved.

And just to clarify, this isn’t an interface issue. Adding interface localization would be nice, but something I should probably help with myself rather than request.

Thanks!
