Self hosted upgrade from premium to advance

Hi there,

I have just upgraded from premium to advance, but I dont seems to be able to activate the advance tier
On my license tab I can only see; Premium, Enterprise, support.

Currently on
Self hosted
Version 1.30.1

Do I need to update to the latest version?

On the License TAB in your Self-Hosted Instance of BaseRow, you should see at the bottom of that page, the Option to Register your Already Purchased License. (This will disappear once you do the Registration action.)
Go into your BaseRow.io instance, Click on the Primary User and Select Subscriptions and Click the Far Right “More Details” button to look up the License Key. Click the “Reveal License Key” button, give it a few seconds and then Click the Copy button.
Now Go to your Self-Hosted Instance and Paste that in the window provided.

What I Don’t know is if you need to Delete the BaseRow.io instance, but I don’t think so. I didn’t, so we’ll see what happens.

The change subscription option is not available for my version of baserow

I think I will need to update my Instance version to the latest version.
As my current self hosted version is 1.30.1

I just notice that there is a minimum instance version.

@olgatrykush Will keep you posted if updating the version fixed this. Will be performing the version update in 4 hours more.

To upgrade or downgrade the self-hosted plan’s seats as an existing self-hosting subscriber, visit the Baserow.io Cloud version to make a change to the subscription.

Yeap, I have already change subscription and make payment

Cloud version is showing as Advance

Instant ID is matching
License ID is matching

Only the version is not matching.

hey @ethan, do you have access to the Advanced features like Audit log?

After I have updated to 1.33.4

It is working now.
