Unable to login to dashboard

What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

Existing dashboard session showed “Session Error” and took me to login screen. May saved credentials (which always work) did not work. I entered my credentials manually, with no success. I tried the “Forgot password” link, and when entering my valid email address to send the link to, it says “Action Not Completed Due to an Unknown Error”. Unable to access dashboard at all!!

Hello @danielgoad, could you please try logging and/or resetting the password again? Do you see the same error?
