Visibility issue - or browser cache problem?

Are you using our SaaS platform (Baserow.io) or self-hosting Baserow?

What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?

If I log in from a never used browser the visibility works as expected.
When I log in from chrome, then log out the next visit the visibility restrictions do not work. I can see the menu on the log in page and clicking the buttons takes me to the page without having to log in. Consequently it appears the app is open to all.
My set up
I have a number of pages in my app all are set to logged in visitors (except the log in page is set to all visitors)
I have a multi page header, also set to logged in visitors as are the elements within that header.
All pages and elements have the crossed out eye on them. I have no conditional visibility set.

I get the same behaviour if I try Safari, Firefox, Midori. First try I can’t see the menu subsequent attempts I can.
Please advise, thank you.

Hey @Dominic, after logging out, if you open one of these pages and perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Shift + R on macOS), is the page still accessible, or are you redirected to the login page?

I can still see and access the pages.

If you can DM me an email I can give you access for a while to see if you can reproduce the problem perhaps?

Solution.

I made a mistake on the menu and include a link for the log out button that directed the user to the log in page. The solution discovered and provided by @paljort was to change the link for a button and add the event for that button as the “Log out [🠂” workflow.
